Here are the completed details and steps to download and apply online for commercial plots in any DHA Multan sectors

  One Application Form is valid for one plot only.

  Please generate a new form for each application. Photocopy is not allowed.

  All fields are mandatory.

  All local and overseas Pakistanis can apply

  Application processing fee is Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable).

  In case of cash payment, the printed form must be sent to DHA Multan.

  Payment details for overseas and local customers are given below. 


 Overseas applicants have following options:

1. Submit this application online by paying the Application Processing Fee through debit/credit card or

 2.  Fill this online form, print it and make the payment of Application Processing Fee (in cash only) at any branch of the banks (operating in Pakistan) mentioned on the application form through friends and family etc. After payment in bank, send duly paid & stamped application by post to; DHA Multan 2 Marla Commercial Plot Application Cell, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan. Application can also be submitted in person at DHA Multan’s Main office, Site Office or DHA Multan’s Lahore Sub Office. Alternatively, please send a clear picture of paid application form 

Local resident applicants have following options:
