Every year thousands of tourists visit this historic monument to cherish the traditional values of this place.

2-   Multan Fort

Multan Fort is a landmark of South Asian defence and architecture. It was built on a mound separating it from the city by the old bed of river Ravi. The Fort site now looks as a part of the city because instead of the river it is now separated by a road which looks more like a bazar and remains crowded throughout the day. It was considered as one of the best forts of the sub-continent from the defense as well as architectural points of view.

3-    Ghanta Ghar

Ghanta Ghar is located at the center of the city. Ghanta Ghar Multan is now transformed by city government into Multan Museum which will increase the value of this place even more. It is worth mentioning here that Ghanta Ghar was used for office meetings and cultural programs back in 1947. The clocks of Ghanta Ghar were repaired in 2011. It is a must visit place for those who enjoy crowded places.

4-   Khuni Burj

It is a pity that the city administration has not properly preserved this golden heritage. It has a great history and stories revolving around it but the department has not preserved its originality. It is now one of the most crowded places in the city. It is said that Alexander – the great got his fatal wound at this place.

5-   Eidgah Mosque

This large mosque was built back in 1735 which was later used by the Sikhs as a military garrison. During British Empire, they used it as a courthouse. The Mosque got its spirituality back in 1891.
