Islamabad has seen a real boost in the number of real estate projects sprouting up around the city. Multi-Gardens, B-17 in MPCHS is undoubtedly one of the best real estate projects in the capital city of Pakistan. 

The past year has been very kind on this housing project and according to a multitude of people we interviewed, Multi-Gardens is dominating the whole market. 

There has been an overall lull in the market currently which can be experienced in Multi-Gardens too. The market was booming before and now it has reached a level of average to moderate activity. Even with this average activity it is performing in perfect competition with other housing projects around and outside Islamabad. 

Earlier the news suggested that the balloting of the Block G in this project was supposed to start after the second installment was collected. Then the date was moved to the mid of March.

A large chunk of the block F is available for possession and the developmental work is nearing its end in the rest of the block. A lot of the plot owners have also started construction work on their plots. 

Along with all this the unresolved issues with the procurement of Block D are still ongoing. The work on getting that land is underway and are hopeful that soon that issue will also be resolved.
